Nina found her way into hospitality and restaurant management over ten years ago, after exiting the world of commercial photography in search of more daily human connections. Her greatest passions lie with people and culture, cultivating great conversation and bringing authenticity to all aspects of her life. Seeing an opportunity to run restaurants by leading with both strategy and heart, she has always strived to create an environment where all staff, from the front of the house to the docks, were treated with equal respect. Her wide network within the industry is proof of her success in embodying this philosophy. Building on her rich history with some of the most beloved establishments in Manhattan and Brooklyn, she is inspired by Loring Place and the opportunity to contribute to its continued excellence.
