Director of Restaurants
Jim Brigman got his start in the NYC hospitality industry at Joe Bastianich's flagship restaurant, Becco. He grew up at the theater district fixture, & over his many years on 46th street, filled many roles which ultimately led to General Manager. During his 20 years in NYC, Jim has had the pleasure of working alongside chefs including Lidia Bastianich, Rocco DiSpirito & April Bloomfield. His past General Manager credits have included stand alone restaurants, supper clubs & F&B for multi-venues and hotels. Prior to joining the team at Loring Place & Penny Bridge, Jim served as General Manager of F&B at Ace Hotel for both their New York & Brooklyn locations. He currently lives in Harlem with his partner & his two dogs.
