Joe Ramos

General Manager

Joe’s career in hospitality began at Loring Place in 2016, where he first started working with Chef Dan Kluger as part of the back of house opening team. After cooking at Loring Place for a year and a half, Joe then went on to work with Chef Jonathan Benno at Leonelli Focacceria, Leonelli Taberna, and the Michelin -starred Benno Restaurant through 2022. He then returned to Loring Place working his way from the kitchen into front of house restaurant operations, and then ultimately advancing into his current role as General Manager. A Queens Native, Joe is pursuing his MBA at Fordham University. He loves the focus Loring Place has always had on good, local and seasonal produce and the commitment to supporting the local community.
