Executive Sous Chef
Jason Reusi learned to cook out of necessity during his undergraduate years at Stony Brook University. He fell in love with the community aspect of food and how it brings people together. After dabbling in nutrition and health sciences, he started his culinary career with no formal training as a garde manger cook at ABC Kitchen in 2015. Moving his way along every line station and working with the production team fueled his passion to learn and grow. Jason continues to expand and share his knowledge of food since joining the Loring Place team in 2018.
