Eric has been in the industry for around 15 years serving, bartending, beer curating, and baking in Northampton, Massachusetts, Portland, Oregon, and NYC. He first realized his love for restaurants while working at Northampton favorite, Green Street Cafe. Since joining Loring Place in 2021, Eric has worked many different positions throughout the restaurant including server, bartender, sommelier, curating the small regionally produced beer program and has now stepped into his first management role.
