Chef de Cuisine
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Chris has had a passion for cooking and growing great food from a young age. After spending more than a decade honing in on his craft as a cook and a sous chef in Cleveland, central Illinois and Pittsburgh, he relocated to New York in 2018. After a short stint at Eleven Madison Park, he spent three years learning from Chef Hillary Stirling as her Sous Chef at Vic’s followed by a year as Chef De Cuisine at James. He has now joined the team at Loring Place to continue his culinary career.
