Service Director

Sam started his career in Washington, DC where he opened two critically acclaimed cocktail bars (Captain Gregory’s, Nocturne) and went on to become the bar director for two-Michelin Star Minibar by José Andrés. There he helped propel the team to a nomination for Best American Cocktail Bar for Barmini by José Andrés and a spot in the World’s 50 Best “Discovery Series” list. Since moving back home to New York, Sam also spent time working with Blue Hill at Stone Barns, before moving into his current role as Service Director at Loring Place.
