Beverage Manager

Nikki discovered the allure of hospitality through the Florida State University International Business Management program. Witnessing first hand the passion of family winemakers, artisanal cheese makers, and the people that sell and seek their wares sparked a continuing fascination. She then spent five years at Trestle on Tenth learning about the world of natural wine, seasonal cocktails, local spirits, and market-driven food with Ralf Kuettel which helped further that curiosity before joining the team at Loring Place.
