Lillian de Vrijer

Sous Chef

Lillian de Vrijer was born in Amsterdam and raised in Washington D.C. She became interested in cooking at a young age through her mother and travel. After college, she moved back to Amsterdam where she worked in catering on the side which eventually lead her to the International Culinary Center in NYC. She then became a part of the opening team at ABC Kitchen before working at Loring Place where she has worked her way up from line cook to Sous Chef.
