Service Manager

Kathryn began her food career working as a chef’s assistant in a Whole Foods Market in Georgia. She decided to move up to North to expand her food knowledge by attending The Culinary Institue of America in Hyde Park, and then Cornell University. She joined the front of house management team at The Modern where she resided for two and half years helping them to achieve their second Michelin star. She decided to join the team at Loring Place due to Chef Dan’s philosophy on food and the hospitality that is poured into the space.
