Sous Chef

New York born and bred, Jessica has been passionate about food for as long as she can remember.  In keeping with her passion, she was a member of the FoodCorps working to connect kids to healthy food in schools. Jess continued on to attend the Natural Gourmet Institute and after graduating, she worked at Danny Meyer's Untitled at the Whitney. She is proud to be working with Chef Dan at Loring Place since its inception.
