Daniel fell in love with restaurants as soon as he moved to New York City as a teenager. Over the last decade, he has worked in Michelin-starred dining rooms of The NoMad and Gabriel Kreuther, as well as inventive cocktail bars like Maison Premiere and Death & Co. Daniel then fell in love with wine after a faithful evening with vintage Champagne and has never looked back. He is passionate about responsible agriculture and honest winemaking. Daniel recently finished his MS in Hospitality Industry Studies at New York University.
