Celia’s passion for wine started as a student in the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. After completing her undergraduate degree, she moved to Napa Valley to complete the Accelerated Wine and Beverage Program offered at the Culinary Institute of America’s Greystone campus. She then returned to New York where she spent time at Eleven Madison Park followed by several years as a sommelier for Union Square Hospitality Group at Maialino and Gramercy Tavern. Inspired by the cuisine and culture at Loring Place, she joined the team in the spring of 2019
